1.

Agreement

By downloading or using Did I?, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2.

The service

Did I? is a personal productivity and lifestyle tool for logging moments and optional check-ins. Features may change over time. We may offer free use supported by ads and optional paid features such as Remove ads.

3.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Did I? on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

4.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app — memories, notes, and photos. You are responsible for that content and for backing it up via Settings → Export. We are not liable for data loss if you uninstall the app or lose your device without a backup.

5.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation
  • Reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Abuse ad systems or payment systems
6.

Purchases

  • "Remove ads" is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (price shown in the store, e.g. $2.99 USD or local equivalent).
  • Billing is handled by Apple or Google; their refund policies apply.
  • You can restore purchases after reinstalling via Settings → Restore purchases.
  • Prices may vary by region and applicable taxes.
7.

Ads

The free version may show ads: a banner on the Timeline and History screens, an occasional interstitial after many actions, and an app-open ad after you have used the app for a while — not on first launch. Ad frequency is designed to stay out of the way of core logging. Purchasing Remove ads disables all advertising.

8.

Third-party services

The app may open third-party apps such as Maps, Calendar, and Share targets, and may load ads from Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

9.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MEMORIES WILL NEVER BE LOST.

10.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP FEATURE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10.

11.

Health / safety notice

Did I? is not a medical device. Do not rely on it as the sole system for critical medication tracking, safety obligations, or legal compliance.

12.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms or applicable app store rules.

13.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

14.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where local law requires additional consent. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
